It resonates with our third eye chakra, which is situated in the middle of our forehead. It is good for calming the mind, enhancing a meditative state as well as comfort in times of panic or anxiety. It also aids with self expression, insomnia, and is believed to boost your immune system on a physical level.
This is a genuine Sodalite crystal, so please note that the size, shape and colourings may vary from the images. It is handmade into a silver plated pendant. Crystal measures approximately 3cm and comes on either a silver plated or black cord chain.
